Skilled Therapy

Physical Therapy

Our PTs and PTAs work one-on-one with patients in their own environment improving their endurance, strength, and range of motion. They focus not only in rehabilitation but also on the prevention of pain and future injury making services completely relevant to the patient’s needs and goals. Some of these services can be exercise programs, gait training, instruction on use of wheelchairs, walkers and canes.

Occupational Therapy

OTs and OTAs are professionals with a strong sense of compassion and empathy and their best interests is make a positive difference in the lives of their patients improving, rehabilitant, or maintaining their motor skills and overall ability to perform activities of daily living.

Home Health Aides

Home Health Aides

Our Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA) work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Therapist. They are trained to cover a wide variety of essential day-to-day needs of patients such as:

  • Bathing/toileting
  • Helping get dressed
  • Assisting with grooming, and other hygiene needs, like brushing their teeth
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Provide emotional support to patient and their family
